Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location inside the Yala National Park is wonderful, offering a unique experience with roaming wild animals nearby. The rooms are beautifully decorated with petals and flowers, though the lighting could be improved. The service is exceptional, with outstanding care shown by all staff members, especially in organizing special events like birthday parties. Dining options cater to both adults and children, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with great amenities, but the bathroom appearance is dark. The service is impeccable with surprises like a cake and sparklers. The location is superb, providing easy access to both the lake and the Yala National Park. Dining is delightful with delicious food and cocktails, although requiring gloves is unnecessary. Overall, a lovely stay with some minor room appearance issues.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were great, clean, and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, right inside the jungle, offering a unique experience. However, dining was a bit disappointing in terms of quality and price.
The hotel is located beautifully facing the lake, with nice and clean rooms. The pool is also clean and well-located, offering a relaxing experience. The beds were comfortable but some areas lacked cleanliness, like the mosquito nets. Overall, a beautiful stay with ample comforts.
The hotel set amidst scrubby woodland was very dark but the rooms surprisingly clean even in the jungle setting. However, the beds had some cleanliness issues with dirt on the mosquito net. Although the grounds were nice, the overall cleanliness could be improved.
The hotel felt like a jungle retreat with well-appointed, comfortable rooms that were spacious and maintained to a high standard. The service was exceptional, especially Sachun, and the natural surroundings in a wild animal sanctuary added to the unique location. The dining experience was a highlight with incredible food quality.
The hotel was very charming and beautifully designed, making us feel like we were in the jungle with spacious and high-spec rooms. The service was lovely and accommodating, although some requests seemed challenging for the staff. The location was a wildlife paradise, offering breathtaking views of various animals. The dining experience was average with a decent selection but slightly high prices. Overall, a great stay with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with great amenities like a good shower, locker safe, and fantastic bed. However, the dark and unwelcoming bathroom appearance was a downside. The location was fantastic, close to Yala National Park and with a serene atmosphere. The dining experience was enjoyable but had some temperature issues with the food. Overall, a good value for the money.
The hotel offers quaint and gorgeous rooms with nice views over the lake, clean facilities, and a well-located pool. While the lighting could be more effective, the jungle chalet provides a lovely setting for a relaxing stay.
I felt like I was right in the heart of the wild, with excellent spacious and comfy rooms set in lush woodland providing a shady escape from the sun. However, the pricing of food and drinks seemed steep due to the secluded location. Overall, a unique stay in the middle of nature.
My stay at the hotel was truly memorable. The rooms were stunning, with monkeys and wild pigs casually roaming past, and the bed was super comfy. The provided toiletries were a nice touch, especially when traveling with family. The location was unbeatable being close to the national park entrance and having the chance to encounter wildlife. The staff were friendly and always willing to help, but the dining could have been better in terms of variety. Overall, a great experience.
